Campaign One At A Time ("we," "our," or "us") establishes these Terms and Conditions to govern the use of our website, services, and participation in our DREAM-granting programs. By engaging with us in any capacity, including but not limited to making donations, volunteering, or participating in our programs, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Eligibility for Campaign Fulfillment:

• Recipients must meet our established criteria, including age and medical condition requirements.

• A legal guardian must provide consent for any minor participants.

• We reserve the right to approve or deny any DREAM request based on feasibility, safety, and alignment with our mission.

Donations:

• Donations made to COAAT are voluntary, final, and non-refundable after 72 hours, except as required by law or in cases of administrative errors.

  • Once a donation is received, funds are promptly allocated toward dream fulfillment, operational expenses, and charitable initiatives. Due to financial planning and compliance with nonprofit accounting standards, reversing a donation after allocation may disrupt these essential functions.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 72 hours of the donation and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will only be considered for circumstances such as duplicate transactions, incorrect amounts, or other verifiable administrative errors.

• Donors acknowledge that contributions are made with the intent to support our mission and that tax-deductible donations are subject to applicable IRS regulations and reporting requirements.

• Campaign One At A Time reserves the right to modify its donation policies in compliance with applicable nonprofit and tax laws.

Volunteer and Program Participation:

• Volunteers and participants must follow our guidelines and policies.

• Background checks may be required for volunteers working directly with children.

• We reserve the right to remove any participant or volunteer who violates our policies or engages in misconduct.

Limitation of Liability & Campaign Program Allocation:

• We provide our services “as is” without any warranties.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or participation in our programs.

• Campaign funds are allocated strictly toward dream fulfillment, operational expenses, and charitable initiatives in alignment with our mission.

• Campaign One At A Time ("the Organization") is a nonprofit entity and does not operate as a financial institution.

  • The Organization does not engage in banking, wire transfers, money transmission, or any financial services as defined under applicable federal and state laws. Accordingly, we do not provide direct monetary disbursements, unrestricted fund allocations, or personal financial assistance to individuals or third parties.

  • All donations and program funds are managed in accordance with applicable nonprofit financial regulations, accounting standards, and legal requirements. Contributions received by the Organization are allocated exclusively toward designated programs, operational expenses, and charitable initiatives, ensuring transparency, accountability, and compliance with donor intent.

  • The Organization does not facilitate personal fund transfers, cash payouts, or financial transactions outside the scope of its tax-exempt charitable purpose. These restrictions are implemented to prevent the improper use of charitable funds, protect donor contributions, and maintain compliance with Internal Revenue Service (IRS) regulations, nonprofit governance laws, and financial reporting requirements. Any attempt to solicit or request monetary disbursements outside of these parameters is strictly prohibited.

  • By contributing to or participating in the Organization’s programs, donors and recipients acknowledge and agree to these financial policies. The Organization reserves the right to amend or modify these terms in compliance with governing laws and nonprofit best practices.

Participation in Promotional Activities:

• Consent & Voluntary Participation:

  • By participating in Campaign OAAT’s activities—including but not limited to interviews, photographs, videos, press releases, and social media content—participants, or their legal guardians if applicable, acknowledge and agree that all media collected may be used by the organization to support its mission, outreach, and awareness efforts.

  • Written consent is required before any media is captured or shared. Once consent is provided and the agreement is signed, it is considered irrevocable. While Campaign OAAT respects the privacy of all participants, previously published materials cannot be removed from third-party platforms beyond the organization’s control.

• Use of Media & Publicity Rights:

  • Participants grant the Organization a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use their name, image, likeness, voice, and personal story for promotional, marketing, fundraising, and mission-related purposes.

  • The Organization may use media obtained directly from participants, publicly available content, or materials created during Organization-sponsored events.

  • Media content may be used across various platforms, including digital and print publications, television, radio, websites, and social media.

  • The Organization retains sole editorial discretion regarding media usage, with no obligation to obtain further approvals from participants.

• Duration & Scope of Use:

  • Once media is publicly shared, the Organization cannot control or prevent third-party use, reproduction, or distribution of such content.

Confidentiality & Privacy:

• The Organization will not disclose confidential or sensitive personal information, including medical or financial details, without explicit written consent from the participant or their legal guardian.

• All media and promotional content will be handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

Third-Party Links:

• Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

• Your interactions with third-party sites are at your own risk.
