Jordan is an 8-year-old from Londonderry, NH. Being diagnosed at five years old with acute lymphoblastic leukemia, Jordan and his family are excited to be celebrating his first chemo-free year this September! Jordan’s dream trip was such a life-changing moment for the whole family;
our goal is to help other kids like Jordan get their dream trip too!
