Sawyer is a 3 year old from Rush City, MN. Sawyer is sweet, caring, smart, funny, bubbly, and always smiling. He has an incredible imagination and loves to explore new things. Prior to diagnosis Sawyer was very small and was being treated by several specialists for failure to thrive. He was in the -2% on the growth charts for both height and weight. His Gastroenterologist wanted to place a feeding tube but his family and his Pediatrician wanted to check all other avenues first before committing to the feeding tube.
They saw the Endocrinologist to check his growth hormone levels and did a lot of other tests to spare him another poke as they were scheduled with the Genetic Specialists two days later. One of the blood tests revealed what appeared to look like leukemia cells. The Endocrinologist ordered an actual Leukemia smear. Bloodwork from the Endocrinologist revealed Leukemia. Sawyer was later on diagnosed with B- Cell ALL.
We are on a mission to raise $5,000 to send Sawyer and his family on a dream trip to Give Kids The World and Disney World where they can make amazing memories together OUTSIDE of the hospital!

It will cost $5,000 to fulfill our goal to cover the costs of Sawyer's dream trip.
