and to Disney World
where they can make amazing memories together OUTSIDE of the hospital!

Sage is a 4 year old from Adel, IA. Sage is one of the most resilient kids. He has continued to trust his parents and doctors to do what is needed to get him healthy again, and to "not let the bad guys win the fight."

Sage’s journey started when he was battling a virus. He was taken to the doctor, and they did a blood draw. His white blood counts were elevated a little bit, but they were told that was not uncommon when your body is trying to fight off a virus.

After a week of consistently increasing leg pain, back pain, and a rash on the trunk of his body, Sage was taken to his primary pediatrician's office. At the doctor’s, they did a blood draw and visual check-up, and the family was then redirected to Blank Children's Hospital. Sage was later on diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Type B.

We are on a mission to raise $5,000 to send Sage and his family on a dream trip to The Give Kids The World Village and to Disney World where they can make amazing memories together OUTSIDE of the hospital.
