Delilah is an 8-year-old from Bakersfield, CA
and we’re on a mission to raise
$5,000 to send Delilah and her family on a
dream trip to the Hot Springs in Colorado
where they can make amazing memories together OUTSIDE of the hospital!
Before cancer, Delilah was so daring and up first for any adventure. She used to Love the water no matter what temperature. But cancer has made her so timid, she has become cautious about everything & she will not dare touch the water if it’s not warm. The cold water hurts her body.
Cancer has changed our entire family, none of us are the same people we were before cancer. It’s hard to find the time and finances to be able to take Delilah and her siblings to enjoy something fun where Delilah would be able to also relax.
This is why she wants to go to check out the natural hot springs in Colorado where she can also take a train ride to meet Santa Clause at the North Pole. Delilah would be able to relax in the hot springs and little brother and sis and run around and play.
