Claire is a 2 year old from West Bend, WI. Claire is very kind, passionate and caring towards animals. She also has a unique sense of humor that keeps her family laughing daily. Claire’s journey started when she developed a small lump in her neck. She visited her pediatrician who diagnosed it as a lymph node infection and prescribed her antibiotics. However, the lump continued to grow, so Claire was referred to an ENT specialist. The next day, Claire had an MRI and a biopsy, and hospitalized with IV antibiotics. After a long 5-day wait for pathology results, Claire was diagnosed with Acute B-Cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma.

Just a few days later, Claire began intense chemotherapy. She underwent a sedated procedure to place a port, had a bone marrow biopsy, two PET scans and multiple lumbar punctures with intrathecal chemotherapy. She visits the hospital weekly for chemotherapy infusions, chemotherapy shots and planned admissions for intense chemotherapy that runs for 24 hours. With chemo treatments and hospital visits, the family has unfortunately had to spend a lot of time apart.

We are on a mission to raise $5,000 to send Claire and her family on a dream trip to Disney World and Give Kids The World where they can make amazing memories together OUTSIDE of the hospital!
