Terri Hamilton is the founder and President of Hamilton & Associates, an executive coaching and consulting company launched in August 2018.
Prior to founding Hamilton & Associates, Terri spent more than 30 years in executive leadership positions, including 12 years in high tech publishing as a Vice President and Publisher, five years as a Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of a for-profit hospital, and 15 years as a Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of a non-profit regional healthcare system.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Emmanuel College, Boston, and a Masters of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from Simmons University, Boston. Terri is also a Board Certified Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Terri has served on several boards and councils, including the Board of Directors of California Association of Healthcare Leaders; The Executive Council, Institute of Healthcare Executives and Suppliers and the board of Partners in Medicine.
Originally from Boston, Terri has resided in California for more than 25 years and has a great love and appreciation of this great state for its diversity, natural beauty, lifestyle and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
In addition to her passion for and commitment to supporting the mission of Campaign One At A Time, Terri supports several other philanthropic and non-profit organizations including, Guide Dogs for the Blind, the International Medical Corps, the Toccata Chorus and Opera and National Public Broadcasting.
